Poet’s Walk Leesburg is a 68-resident memory care community built exclusively for residents with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and related dementias, near Ida Lee Park and the W&OD Railroad Trail. Services include 24-hour nursing, weekly doctor rounds, an electronic medication management system, and on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
