Silverado Alexandria is a purpose-built, 66-suite memory care community near Old Town dedicated solely to residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, having opened in late 2020. All associates are dementia-care certified, and the community’s proprietary Nexus cognitive-stimulation program is supported by 24-hour licensed nursing and an open-door visiting policy for families.
