Goodwin House Alexandria is a 250-capacity continuing care retirement community that has served Northern Virginia seniors for more than 42 years under Goodwin Living’s nonprofit life-care model, which includes assisted living and nursing care at no additional cost. The campus includes 80 skilled nursing beds, 10 of which are dedicated to short-term rehabilitation.
