Heatherwood is a 150-capacity Retirement Unlimited, Inc. community in Burke offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Residents receive 12-16 hour nursing support and a 24-hour call system, alongside RUI University lifelong-learning classes, RUI Fit wellness programming, and a pet-friendly Leash on Life policy.
