Mary Marshall Assisted Living Residence, operated by Volunteers of America National Services in partnership with Arlington County’s Department of Human Services, provides assisted living for low-income seniors 55+ with serious mental illness or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Specially trained staff assist with personal care, medication management, and non-ambulatory needs, supported by a wellness center, spa, and library.
